Basketball Night

We went to Chelsea S's last home basketball game tonight. An exciting game! They won by 1 point with just seconds left! Woohoo!

Valentine's Weekend

What Trevin's Mommy enjoyed Valentine's Weekend:

• Heart-shaped pancakes from her boys
• A long walk in the sunshine
• An afternoon at the Home Show (hubby was stuck there for the whole weekend)
• A meal and meeting with some special visitors
• A meal, numerous phone calls and meeting with my very brave, very amazing, very strong Mama :-)

Shocking!

I know, I know...for those of you that still check my blog, it was probably shocking to see that I actually updated! We got through dreary January - except January was surprisingly sunny this year! So maybe it will be a dreary February. At least there are a lot of red and pink hearts around this month!

We've been plugging away here keeping busy with life. Here's some pics from the last little while.

Mr. Droopy drawers. We went up to size 24 month pants and we're having problems keeping them up! Love the adjustable waist pants...unfortunately these don't have that option!

Trip to the Farm

We took a trip up to Washington to see my brother Jeff and his wife Andrea and their kids Kalie and Brennan. We had never been to their new place so it was really nice to get to spend some time there.

Mr. Trevin on the way north. We left before 6 am in hopes that Trevin would go back to sleep (which he did). He did fairly well, considering he was in the truck ALL day long. The last 30 minutes before we got to Jeff's were pretty miserable! All was well when he could get out and run around though.
Andrea wanted us to see the aviary that is located in one of their parks downtown. It was pretty neat to see...but it was snowing and about 25 degrees so we didn't hang around too long!! Here is Will, a sleeping Trevin, Andrea, Brennan and Kalie. Can you tell the kids were absolutely thrilled to be there!?

Cousin time! Kalie, Trevin and Brennan. Trevin had sooo much fun following his cousins around! They are so good with him!

We broke the trip up coming back and stayed with my brother Todd and his wife Lillie. Will had an all day class at the local college there so we stayed two nights with them. We got to stop in and see Will's sister Marilou and her kids while we were there too.

Special Days

We enjoyed very special privileges last month at Special Meeting time. Larry T and David D stayed Wednesday night, Kevin W and David D on Saturday night and David D again on Sunday night. So very nice to get to have them in our home! And such wonderful encouragement at our Special Meeting.

Happy 2009!

Happy New Year from our house to yours! We went over to Cubby and Seanna's on New Year's Day along with Chris, Hilary and Ethan to let the boys play for a bit. Trevin is learning to share and play nice with other little ones. He's going through a bit of a bully phase! We did have fun playing Ring Around the Rosie with Ethan and playing blocks with Clayson! :-)
